Fill out as much of the Quick Carrier Profile as you can. You can leave some blanks for now.

Sign and send your documents
Dispatch agreement, W-9, authority, CDL and insurance certificate. Upload them online or email them in.

Meet your dispatcher and roll
Your dispatcher books your first load, sends the rate confirmation, and starts building your customer list from day one.

What types of trucks do you dispatch?
53ft dry vans, 53ft reefers, and flatbeds. We do not dispatch power only, box trucks, or sprinter vans.
How does the 7% dispatch fee work?
We charge 7% of the gross rate of each load we dispatch, billed weekly on loads moved Monday through Friday. If we do not move your truck in a week, you owe nothing. The fee covers your dispatcher, rate negotiation, paperwork, check calls, and the broker and shipper relationships we build for your company.
Do you help build dedicated lanes?
Yes. Part of our job is maintaining the relationships with the brokers and shippers your truck hauls for, following up after every delivery, and working those relationships into repeat business and dedicated lanes that fit your company.
How do I get paid?
Ox Transit does not pay carriers directly. We submit your POD to your factoring company so you are paid in 24 to 48 hours. If you do not have a factoring company, we offer a discount through one of our partners.
How is the dispatch fee billed?
Our billing department invoices carriers each Monday for the previous Monday through Friday. Payment is due on receipt and no later than Wednesday, by Zelle, ACH or PayPal to billing@oxtransit.com. The 7% plan is calculated on the gross rate of each load we dispatch.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts or commitments. The dispatch agreement runs week to week and either side can cancel at any time with three days' written notice.
